TOUR MANAGER

A band Tour Manager plays a crucial role in the success of a music tour. They are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the tour, including scheduling, logistics, and managing the needs of the band members. The tour manager ensures that the band arrives at each venue on time, handles all travel arrangements,Production manager oversees the set-up of equipment. Tour Manager in some cases also handle's tour related financial matters, such as budgeting and pre-negotiated contracts with the venues and local promoters of the bands performance. Additionally,the tour manager acts as a liaison between to the promoters and the band. Their ability to multitask, problem-solve and maintain strong communications is essential in ensuring a smooth and successful tour. A band tour manager is the backbone of the tour, ensuring that the band can focus on their music while everything else is taken care of.

1974 Started working locally in Paisley, Scotland as a roadie with Musical friends. Following an invitation by a good friend , I moved to the San Francisco bay area in May of 1979. 1980 found employment with Guitarist Ronnie Montrose , different tour positions as a Stage crew guy for Ronnie ,Van Morrison and many others and started seeing the world .

Met My wife Yvette got married moved to Virginia in 1989.
